The location, price, and private garage are great, and the staff are very pleasant. However, the parking is unusable after 21:30, the hallway carpet is faded and worn out and needs replacement, the elevator is very small but functional, and a shelf for shampoo or a razor is missing in the shower. The shower head doesn’t hold firmly and falls down on its own.

Parking in the courtyard is narrow and hard to maneuver, suitable only for small cars, and closing at 22:30 is very inconvenient. Free, safe parking is available at night in Poitiers city center. The hotel sits on Hôtel de Ville square, so the constant foot traffic is quite noisy, and the facilities are only average.

The hotel sits in the city centre and feels a bit old‑fashioned, yet it’s tidy. The parking is cheap and much easier to reach than some reviews claim.
