The place is pretty and in a lovely area, with a nice balcony overlooking the mountains, and it feels safe. The room sits on the second floor and you have to climb stairs to get there, which is a real hassle with large suitcases. I had seen reviews saying the rooms have air‑conditioning, but ours didn't; when I asked to switch to an air‑conditioned room they said it wasn’t possible. On the first day, part of the lamp in the main room fell to the floor along with a bunch of insects and flies that were inside it; the staff only picked up the fallen part and didn’t repair the lamp, treating the issue as if it didn’t matter and never apologized.

Everything was amazing – we had a huge room with multiple sitting areas, it was comfortable and spacious. The area is quiet and close to several sites and Mikolash. A family next to our room was having loud music during their BBQ and the manager didn’t notice it… I think there’s room for improvement so all guests feel comfortable, but it’s a very minor issue. Overall, the stay was great and we’ll come back.

“סהכ מקום נחמד”

The apartment was nice, located on the main road, clean, and looked like a new unit. Basic items were missing: no wardrobes to hang clothes, no microwave in the kitchen, no TV in the parents’ bedroom though there was one in the kids’ room and living room. Parking access was awkward; you have to climb uncomfortable stairs, which is difficult if you have heavy luggage.

“Perfektní”

Beautiful, modern accommodation. The staff and breakfast delivered to the room were perfect – pure luxury. I might add a shower to the private wellness area or a larger relaxation section, but otherwise there’s nothing to complain about. No negatives.
