The location, breakfast, and large rooms with bathrooms were good. Checking in at 1:30 AM was terribly unprofessional because the receptionist kept us waiting while she was busy chatting about another guest’s booking. When the bellboy tried to help by scanning our passports, she rudely stopped him and forced us to wait for her. In the end we only had to pay, which wasn’t even urgent since our reservation allowed later payment. Even after I thanked her, she didn’t say a simple “good night.” She really needs customer‑service training.

Great hotel – I recommend it! The location is very convenient, rooms are clean and modern, and the staff are the biggest asset. Thanks to the main manager’s loyalty, we were upgraded to the best room in the hotel, which had an amazing view, a huge bed, and a large bathroom.
