“L'endroit est bien mais le personnel ne savent pas accueillir”

The reception was bad and the staff seemed annoyed. They didn’t want reservations made through Booking and didn’t look like professional hospitality workers. Their incompetence, rudeness, lack of skill, and poor attitude were evident.

Accueil très sympathique, au premiers abords on ne savais pas trop où on était arrivé mais on a été très agréablement surpris , logement au calme bien équiper avec une très belle vue

The welcome was very friendly; at first we weren’t sure where we were, but we were pleasantly surprised. The accommodation was quiet, well equipped, and offered a beautiful view.

Lieux calme Piscine. A mon arrivée la télé ne fonctionne pas. Après echange on me dit de le débrouiller en faisant une recherche des chaînes après plusieurs essai j arrive a avoir quelques chaîne. De plus pour un séjour de 4 jours on n a pas eu d eau chaude pendant 2 jours. On questionnant on me répond qu il ne connaisse rien en électricité et me propose d aller dans les douches collectives. a noter aucun geste commerciale pour ce désagrément

“A améliorer”

The place is quiet and the pool is nice, but when I got there the TV wouldn’t work. After a few attempts I was told to sort it out myself by scanning for channels, and after several tries I finally got a few. On top of that, during my four‑night stay there was no hot water for two days; when I asked about it, the staff claimed they knew nothing about electricity and suggested I use the communal showers. No compensation was offered for these problems.
