Cleanliness and staff. I liked the property

The staff were very friendly, from the welcome to daily check‑ins. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We didn’t have much of a view, but it was too hot to leave the curtains open. All in all it was a great stay and we will definitely return. The stay was great and we have no complaints, except the extra soft pillows; a few more could have helped but that doesn’t change the overall experience.

The staff were polite and helpful. Susan, the cook, was very proud of the food spread she prepared. The cleaning crew were on the job as if they meant it. The oatmeal at breakfast was tasteless, even with sugar. The renovated dining area was great, but the kitchen needs an upgrade.

Absolutely nothing. The front desk staff was rude, had zero interest in helping me find my booking, and I ended up leaving for another hotel, a complete waste of my time.

Breakfast was nice and well organized. My room smelled like dog. I have dogs and love that you are pet friendly. A little more effort to eliminate the dog smell for the next guest would be nice.
