“Lovely family run hotel. Clean, comfortable and welcoming”
Great staff—friendly, helpful, and efficient. The hotel was very clean overall, and the room was a lovely, spacious one. No bar, though.

Excellent location, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. Some parking is down the street, but it’s not too far.

The location is unbeatable, everything in the “Königszauber” area is within easy reach and the view straight onto the castle is fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful and always found good solutions when problems arose; one issue was fixed promptly and to our complete satisfaction. The only drawback was that e‑bike batteries cannot be charged in the room—there is a secure place to store them, but no charging spot, so we had to charge outdoors in sunny weather.

The staff were very friendly, the suite was huge, and the location was perfect for visiting the castles. We could see Neu Castle from our window, and breakfast was excellent. It was pricey, but we snagged the last two rooms available, so I can’t really complain.

It looked nice and authentic, with a cozy atmosphere. The noise late at night and at night came from tourists, apparently. We booked a pricier room hoping for a castle view, but unfortunately…
