I arranged a pick‑up to Hiva station, a stay in a desert yurt, and a private transfer. After arriving at the station, the hotel staff smoothly took me to the accommodation, checked my luggage, and handled laundry before we headed to Ayazkara. The next day I returned, checked in immediately, and was given early room access so I could rest before enjoying the evening at Ichankara. Because I was exhausted toward the end of the trip, I requested a late checkout until the night train, and the room let me relax – that was a big help. Breakfast on the rooftop was pleasant and tasty. Thank you, Arisan, for everything.

I stayed inside the western gate of Ichankara’s city walls, close to the western entrance, which made sightseeing easy. The rooftop terrace offered a great view, though a bit windy, and I enjoyed a comfortable meal there; the shower worked fine. Breakfast was a set menu that felt a bit low on vegetables and meats. The front desk staff were friendly and service‑oriented, but sometimes English was hard to understand, so using a translation app might be safer.

“Excellent location, great communication & service,”

The hotel sits within the city walls and is a very short walk from all the main sights—literally around the corner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast came as a full set served individually, and we also had take‑away packages ready when we left early for the train. The terrace had a good view, and the beds came with mattress toppers.
