The team was lovely and the spot was spot-on, with the room tucked at the back of the complex giving a quiet vibe. The building feels ancient and badly in need of a makeover, the parking is cramped, the stairs are steep, and I left feeling exhausted.

Julie and Mike went above and beyond when we arrived in Dunedin on short notice and didn’t know how long we’d stay. The location was ideal—within walking distance of the hospital and town, so we could make breakfast, heat food, and visit the hospital without a car. The room was warm and cozy; we’ve booked there several times. I had an upstairs room and loved the sunny deck in the mornings. No complaints.
