The room was spacious and pretty, the bathroom huge with great views, but it could use a bit more cleaning and mosquito nets on all windows, especially in the room, because flies and mosquitoes keep coming in.

“Tranquilidad y caballos”

The room was comfortable and spacious, just like the bathroom. I liked the chill‑out area, the peace, and the chance to walk around. The bar‑restaurant staff were friendly and the grilled meat was good. The shower pipes made noise all night, so I couldn’t sleep. Since it’s a horse club outside, there are many flies, but in the room they’re annoying; there must be a way to eliminate them during cleaning. In our case, the cleaning left a few petals under the bed and behind the wooden panel. Breakfast and all meals are served in the club bar, which isn’t a problem, but because they can’t provide a “real” breakfast service I would lower the rates. And even though it’s a “Rural” hotel, the reception staff could use more formality and professionalism.

“Problema con la categoría de la habitación reservada”

The location is great. The owner was very pleasant, but I have an issue with the room. I don’t understand how I paid for an upper double room and was given a standard double room upon arrival. It doesn’t seem right to pay for a higher category and receive a lower one. If the mistake was the owner’s, I don’t think it’s my responsibility to bear the consequences. Please review my booking and find a solution, either by assigning me the room I booked and paid for or compensating me for the difference in category. Thanks.

Wonderful and very original place. Quiet surroundings, stylishly decorated rooms, on‑site restaurant, and a horse stand outside the window. Highly recommended.
