The pools stayed cold for most of the day, which was disappointing. Housekeeping didn’t do a great job either – the floors were especially dirty. To top it off, the check‑in process was chaotic and the staff seemed unsure what to do.

The recreation program and activities were really enjoyable and kept us busy. Unfortunately, the heated pool by Block D had a nasty sewage‑like smell, and the sauna was unbearably hot with no temperature control. There was also no staff watching the area, which felt unsafe.

The hotel’s facilities are solid – covered, secure parking, several great pools that feel like a mini water park, a decent breakfast, and a spacious, clean room with strong A/C. They even provide free transport to the park. The downside is the front desk; the reception team seemed overwhelmed and weren’t very friendly, even though the rest of the staff were helpful.

The recreation options and the courts were top‑notch, giving plenty to do. On the flip side, the pool was constantly icy and the area couldn’t handle the number of guests comfortably.
