Sue was lovely, the suite was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality, and the location was fabulous and relaxing. I didn’t book for longer.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location. The room was large and spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. We had a lovely seating area outside the room. Room 5 . Plenty of parking and close to Harrogate but away from it all. So peaceful! Sue & Mark were very welcoming and the breakfast was amazing
