The hotel was very clean and new, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the carpets were being cleaned that day, and I saw a sign about it but no one told me; when I entered my room the carpet was still damp all evening. The Direct TV also kept glitching all night. I could have asked for a different room but didn’t want to move all my stuff again, so this inconvenience didn’t take much away from my overall score, though the damp carpet was annoying.

Everything was clean and quiet, and all the included amenities were present. The only downside was that pet owners didn’t pick up after their dogs, leaving a trail of poop in the hallways.

The stay was great, but there was no ventilation in the pool area, and the restroom ventilation was not working.

Security around the building was good, but a roach‑like bug appeared in the hall and a family member had to change rooms after finding a cockroach in theirs. The room hadn’t been deep‑cleaned in a while, and small items were dirty from buildup.
