Nice location, good bedding, plenty of storage, but no hot water or soap—this has been an issue for several months according to past comments. We had to shower with a pot and kettle, and the mezzanine was not safe for a 4‑year‑old.

Good location, PAC heating, but the kettle was missing, there wasn’t enough hot water, and the Wi‑Fi was weak.

The room was spacious; I don’t understand the criticisms of this place. The dining area is tiny, but that’s typical of all hotel rooms.

The reception was very unfriendly, we had no hot water in the middle of winter, we only received the keys at 18:15 and had to return them at 10:00 even though the site said key return was from 17:00 to 11:00. The room price was too high, so I don’t recommend it.
