The location and the beds were semi‑comfortable, but the room was disgusting; I snapped photos of hair—beard or pubic—spreading across the bathroom floor, the bathtub was awful, rusted and dirty, and the carpet had huge stains so I avoided walking barefoot or letting my kids do so without socks or shoes. Someone on our floor was smoking, and despite reporting it several times to the front desk, nothing was done, leaving my hair and clothes reeking of cigarette smoke. Overall, I was so disappointed; we paid a lot for the balloon fiesta and felt incredibly ripped off.
