The hotel is well‑located in the center of Guanajuato, but the rooms shown on the website do not match the actual ones; when I arrived there was no one at reception, it took a long time, and the room had nothing to do with the photos posted.

It is very central in the tourist area, with quick check‑in and check‑out, and the Wi‑Fi was fast, but the noise was overwhelming, making it impossible to sleep; the beds were quite hard, there was some dirt (an unpleasant odor in my room), and the bathroom didn’t work well, so overall it was somewhat disappointing.

The location is excellent and the staff are friendly, but in some rooms the noise from late‑night clubs is too loud.

The location and staff attention are good, but there is a bit of outside noise; better insulated windows would help.

The hotel’s location is excellent, but the noise from the bars in front of the hotel is a bit annoying.
