Great location near the Old Brewery, the ability to leave luggage, a comfortable room. The street in front of the hotel is currently under renovation, making the walk to the tram stop difficult.

The shopping mall was very close. The whole area was under construction and there was no staff attention.

Around the hotel a road is under renovation and everything is dug up; after dark, especially from the nightclub outside, loud music, cars and motorcycles could be heard almost all night, making it very annoying and practically impossible to sleep. The room conditions were okay.
