Time Cafe & Penzion

The pension is very nice, clean, and the room was spacious, so we were satisfied with the accommodation. When we arrived we asked about parking options, but the owner’s reply was rather curt and directed us to street signage. Subsequent communication felt not very friendly and was conducted in a quite emotional tone. There were remarks that we as guests perceived as inappropriate and not in line with standard customer service. Overall, the stay was positive in terms of services and facilities, but the owner’s communication left a negative impression.

Communication with the owner was excellent, key handover was smooth, and the owner was very helpful—thanks. The breakfast was absolutely luxurious. The only minor issue was that I missed a sponge for the dishes, though it’s possible I just didn’t find it. I also found the pillows a bit too firm, but those are just small details.

The breakfast was unbeatable, and the café was tastefully decorated with friendly staff; we were surprised by how many people were there that early in the morning. The room and bathroom were nice and roomy, but I would have liked a simple shelf in the corner of the bathroom for clothes and a cosmetic bag, and the bedding was wonderfully scented, perhaps a bit too much for us.
