周邊生活機能便利：附近有很多餐廳與美食選擇，整體環境熱鬧，外出用餐或逛街都很方便。 櫃檯服務親切：櫃檯人員態度友善，服務過程讓人感到舒服。 主動升等房型：入住時獲得飯店主動升等房間的安排，讓人感受到飯店的用心。 房間乾淨整潔：房間維持得相當整潔，整體住宿環境令人滿意。 提供交通協助：飯店可以協助叫計程車，對旅客來說相當方便。. 房門上鎖機制：入住時發現房門關上後不會自動上鎖，需要再拉一次門才能確認上鎖，建議能加強提醒或改善相關機制，讓旅客住得更安心。 浴室氣味：廁所偶爾會有些微管道氣味，希望能進一步改善通風或排水設施，讓整體使用體驗更好。

“Zentrales Hotel, tolles Personal, Sauberkeit nicht optimal”

Extrem nettes und hilfsbereites Personal und eine super zentrale Lage! Frühstück ist okay. Zimmergröße war sehr gut und das Zimmer frisch renoviert. Die Sauberkeit ist für mich ein großer Kritikpunkt. Bei Ankunft fand ich viele Haare im Bad und auf dem Bettlaken! Ausserdem waren das Laken und die Bettwäsche generell sehr alt und fleckig (Flecken die wohl nie raus gingen) Das gibt einem kein Wohlfühlgefühl… ausserdem wurde meine Bettwäsche bei einem Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen erst am letzten Tag das erste Mal gewechselt - das hat einen Tag vor Abreise dann natürlich überhaupt keinen Sinn mehr gemacht. Warum das nicht nach einer Woche geschah verstehe ich nicht … Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte vielseitiger und abwechslungsreicher sein, aber das was es gab war lecker

We had a very comfortable stay here. The cleanliness and facilities were excellent. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Outside the hotel there is a whole line of eateries. Highly recommend this hotel for comfortable stay. Breakfast was good but could be improved with more fresh fruit and not tinned fruits. Their yoghurts was scarce and fresh juice tasted diluted
