The rooms looked far worse than the photos online, even though they were clean; the property’s grounds and buildings were messy and unwelcoming upon arrival. No reception staff were available during our stay, parking was insufficient when rooms were full, and the rooms were noisy—being on a main street with an ambulance service just up the road made it hard to sleep.

The place was tidy and check‑in was straightforward, yet it was very run down; the TV was hanging off the wall, windows were difficult to open, and I didn’t feel very safe. The price seemed a bit high for the standard, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location was convenient, with several restaurants within walking distance, and the room was clean. There was parking on site. However, every room was on an upper floor, and both the rooms and bathrooms looked outdated, which I felt was reflected in the price.

The price was a great deal, and I liked that there were no staff on site, which made check‑in and check‑out quick and hassle‑free. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. The downside was that the walls were very thin, so I could hear the neighbours’ TV and conversations. The curtains didn’t cover the whole window, leaving a foot of light in both day and night. The smoking area was uncovered, it rained, and there was no ashtray or proper spot to dispose of cigarette butts.
