The staff were friendly, especially the man who welcomed us and was helpful. The hotel didn’t have undercover parking with security, but he kindly offered to watch our car and let us park right in front of the door, which made me feel more at ease.

The location, the design of the place, and previous bookings were great, but this time I wasn’t happy. I wasn’t informed that I’d been banned for some reason I’m not sure about; no one questioned me or explained any issue that might justify the ban.

The pantihose is nice. However, the lift in the building needs to be changed as it makes noise when moving , you can hear or when you inside any of the rooms. The noise o the lift, the staff members at reception asking guests for lunch money
