Very good location, though the street is a bit dirty. The supposed breakfast is very basic, basically just a coffee with a croissant.

The location near the station and the quietness were great, but the photo was totally misleading. The building was dilapidated and hardly occupied, and the room was in awful condition: almost no cleanliness, no hair dryer (though the accommodation was listed), black curtains, black beds, dirty bedside tables, wardrobe and desk. Only the sheets were clean, but the pillows were untouched and dirty. The walls had peeling paint, there was mold in the bathroom, and many light bulbs were burnt out. A complete disaster!

The breakfast location was good, but I didn't like the coffee itself; it would have been better to have breakfast directly at the B&B.

The location is nice, just outside Termini train station, making it very easy for me to get around Rome. I didn't know how to open the door, so after several calls with the host, he sent me a video instruction via WhatsApp and the door opened.
