“Perfect! Will definitely book again”
ممتاز للعرب / الخليجيين نظيف و الحمامات فيها شطافات يدوية و ايضا الخدمة ممتازة لكن الدخول فقط صعب من تحت + بعض من الازعاج في الليل Exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, Kevin greeted us with graciousness. The room we took was one of the smaller ones overlooking the courtyard - however it was meticulously clean and tidy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and gorgeous, and exceptionally beautiful with Italian marble AND a hand bidet!The staff was welcoming, friendly and courteous. The welcome drinks/treats were very great as well as all the amenities you could think of were perfect - reading glasses, extra chargers, make up tools, amazing smelling soaps/lotions and soft towels. The only draw back is the noise at night. I don’t believe the building is well insulated, however we can sleep thorough noise so it didn’t bother us too much. Everything else about the hotel made up for it. The location is immediately opposite the duomo and it’s a bit confusing to find for the first time, but once you do it’s very easy getting in and out. I want to highlight that their service was commendable. Every question we had was answered well, and every recommendation they made for restaurants/shops was impeccable
