The location is great, the facilities are solid, the staff is friendly, the food is amazing, the rooms have comfy, nice furniture, and the garden is beautiful!

“Genoten van de rust en de gastvrijheid.”

The manager welcomed us very warmly and was very friendly. We ate well, everything was prepared with fresh local produce. The maintenance of the property was somewhat lacking.

Unfortunately the place didn’t seem ready or open for guests. Cleanliness was lacking, the courtyard is nice but still under construction, the pool is unavailable, and the room was very cold. The price is far too high given the conditions.

“Sejur perfect !”

The inn is charming with rustic touches, the rooms are spacious, we were treated like family, they cooked us excellent food, a hearty breakfast with local dishes. Thank you!

“Great staff, although Google Maps has a misleading location”

The staff were really nice, handing out coffee when we arrived. Portions were generous, the decor was rustic. The wrong location was an issue—Google Maps lists “Gasthaus Maria” in central Borlova and “Pensiunea Gasthaus Maria” south of the village, the latter is correct. The shower was a bit cold, but I didn’t want to complain after already asking for the Wi‑Fi password.
