I appreciated that cookware and silverware were provided, but many pieces of silverware were missing in room 136, and the mattress was too soft while the bathroom needed updating.

“An ok stay, hotel divided by a street, likely won’t return.”

It’s on the beach, the room was decent and clean, but there are two buildings separated by a street that isn’t obvious in the photos; you have to cross it to get from the kids’ “water feature” to the slides, which is inconvenient with kids. They require reusable wristbands that are gross, possibly not cleaned between guests, adjustable to two sizes, and cost $5 to replace if lost. We usually stay at a different hotel just down the street that also has an indoor water park and slides, but we decided to try this place. It’s okay, but we’ll return to our regular hotel.

“Mold in the shower. Didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned before staying. Will not be back.”

The beachfront and view were nice, but the cleanliness was terrible; the shower caulking had black mold, and the sheets had a rip in them.

The beach was in a good spot, but the staff and service left a lot to be desired.
