The hotel's location required a bit of a journey, but the view was spectacular. The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant completely ignored us, laughed at us, and talked behind our backs, which felt very rude; they didn't bother to say a single word of English (even though they used a little English at breakfast) and we had to rely on Google Translate for communication.

The staff were very reasonable, especially since I had to cancel my reservation due to unforeseen obligations and a sudden illness. They understood me and accommodated me, for which I am grateful.

Staying at Hotel Snježna kuća on Rujište was truly lovely. The place is perfect for anyone wanting to escape city traffic, enjoy peace, silence, and beautiful nature. We were especially impressed that even during the hot summer days the temperatures here are much more pleasant, so you can really relax and sleep. The staff were extremely friendly, approachable, and hospitable, making us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it left a wonderful impression and we would gladly return. I wholeheartedly recommend Snježna kuća to anyone seeking peace, nature, fresher mountain air, and a real break.

The staff were simply kind and friendly. The peace you can find there is priceless! For us who love to eat, the shower is a bit small and hard to enter because the doors don’t open outward and they are slippery. The accommodation is a bit older but relatively clean. The exterior could be a bit cleaner. Still, everything else is great… we were off‑season.
