It sat right on the ocean with a beautiful view of Nantucket Sound, but the beds were uncomfortable and left me with a backache; the room also had a musty smell that improved only after airing it out and a maid cleaning.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean with comfy beds, and the puppy area was nearby and easy to reach, yet a 10‑inch step into the room was a tripping hazard, the kitchen lacked supplies—just one pot, two broiler pans, and two forks—and the shower only reached halfway up.

They assigned us a small back‑room next to the laundry, and the high tub made it hard to get in; the worn, dirty carpets forced us to toss our socks, though the outside views were beautiful and there were better rooms available.

The location was perfect—right on the beach—rooms were spacious, and the pool area was a great spot to relax, but the rooms felt a bit dated, the shower was broken with barely any water pressure, and the water was lukewarm.
