Location, the entire agritourism complex, and dinner. Basically everything! Dinner was a bit overpriced depending on the menu (the pizza night felt very expensive for what it was).

La Sovana feels like a movie set, with amazing views and delicious breakfast—highly recommend! It’s a bit farther from the usual Tuscan spots, but that’s why it’s more beautiful and offers better value; if it were next to San Gimignano it’d cost almost twice as much. You can reach Pienza and Montepulciano in 30‑40 minutes via excellent roads. Nothing negative; it was amazing and I’d return.
