The room looked nice, yet the bathtub had a crack that was taped over and it was filthy, plus the toilet seat was loose.

There were toenail clippings between the bed and the dresser, breakfast could have been much better, and there was no white milk for cereal—only chocolate; we’ve had better breakfasts at various Quality Inn locations.

The place was spotless, the breakfast superb, and the service outstanding.

The receptionist greeted us warmly and made us feel instantly at home; the room was immaculate and I appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator. However, the air unit didn’t cool the room well and the pillows didn’t suit me at all—just personal preferences. I also wished there were a pool, but that’s another personal preference.
