“Good”

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, close to the metro and shops. However, there was a shortage of toilet paper, the walls were very thin so you could hear every conversation in adjacent rooms, and the noisy neighbors made it hard to sleep. The toilet tank was broken and kept making a horrible noise constantly.

“Ottimo soggiorno senza grandi pretese”

The spot was great for the price, just a few steps from the metro with essential services right under the building: a bar, supermarket, tobacconist, and restaurants nearby. The apartment was somewhat neglected, the windows wouldn’t close properly, letting in street noise.

“Pessimo”

The front door was old and not very secure. The building itself was dilapidated. The air conditioning would lock up and the hot water was unusable. I reported these issues to the staff, but they offered no solution. Be careful to book the entire apartment; otherwise you’ll end up sharing a room with other people. The staff didn’t provide quick help and communication was poor—felt like talking to a badly translated chatbot. I do not recommend it.

The location was decent but otherwise below average. The room next to mine was separated by a cardboard partition, so there was no privacy at all.
