Start or finish your Sri Lankan odyssey here—you won’t regret it. We stayed only briefly, but our room was huge and we slept well after a long flight.

The hotel feels like a time capsule with its vintage car and piano, and the overall style is lovely; the food offered great value and the staff were very friendly. However, the old room carries a strong oil scent that dominates the space, and the venue feels more like a wedding hall with tables and chairs everywhere, forcing guests to wade through piles of dirty dishes just to reach the dining area.
