The staff was great. The place is quite decent. It used to be the old La Quinta and is being renovated. It’s not fancy but clean and nice. Breakfast is good in a large area that can accommodate many people. The pool is great, and there’s a nice seating area in the lobby with quick elevators. The pillows could be better. Maintenance needs to improve in the rooms; when I had a place we had the cleaning crew note maintenance issues so it wasn’t a big hassle to find them.

I was shocked to find cockroaches roaming the corridors and to see prostitutes hanging out on the street outside the hotel.

It’s a reasonably priced hotel if you don’t want to splurge on accommodation while traveling, but the breakfast options were very limited and after a week I was pretty bored with the few choices available.

At least the staff were friendly, but the property itself was filthy and clearly neglected. From the elevator to the lobby you could see the lack of upkeep, the bathroom had no exhaust fan, the floor was sticky, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the fridge door wouldn’t close properly. The pool was dirty, and there were a lot of sketchy people at night when we arrived on Friday. The hotel’s name had changed in the apps, yet the building still displays the “La Quinta” sign. It was the worst and most unsafe hotel I’ve stayed in so far.
