Friendly staff, comfortable beds, free breakfast. The room we stayed in seemed a bit rough. The wall in the bathroom was peeling and the tub looked kind of nasty (not dirty but stained). When the neighbors flushed their toilet our toilet would half flush

The location is great, right downtown so easy walk to Dickinson College and restaurants. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was small and the bathtub/shower lined with mildew.

The hotel was centrally located. The staff was helpful. The key locks didn't work. My 2 cousins were erroneously told to check out of their rooms a day early. We had to condense into two rooms. The hotel staff did not inform us. There was no cleaning service for the rooms

The convenience of the location. There's no gluten free options for breakfast. The bathroom needed some deep cleaning
