“房間很小不算新 自助報到退房機器不好用”

I chose this hotel because it’s close to the airport shuttle (about a 1‑2 minute walk to the waiting area). I dropped off my suitcase the day before arrival, and the staff were friendly and patient—typical of a Japanese business hotel, so I didn’t expect much. The room rate was a bit high, and the space was cramped; two 26‑inch suitcases made it hard to move around, so the value wasn’t great. The self‑check‑in kiosk was unreliable, so I ended up getting help from a staff member, and at checkout the machine only accepted one card— the other had to be handed back to a staff member. Automation still needs improvement.

The staff were helpful. I called ahead about parking and they said I could park, but later an email said they couldn’t, which was confusing.

“Value for money and handy for the ferry terminal”

I paid for breakfast and the location is close to the ferry port to reach Hiroshima island.
