The staff were very friendly, the location by the Gave de Pau is excellent, the place is very clean, and the breakfast is good. I’ll definitely come back 😀

The bedroom and bathroom space and the bed were comfortable, but the sheets were too small, so I ended up sleeping directly on the mattress, which was not great. The gutter noise during showers was annoying, and the breakfasts were pricey for what they were, though the homemade pies were delicious.

The room was spacious, yet the place is more like a three‑star rather than a four‑star. The breakfast buffet didn’t meet expectations in terms of quality, quantity, or variety. When I arrived, a long hair lay on the bathroom floor, and the next afternoon the soap sachet from the previous night was still in the shower. The room felt a bit unwelcoming because of the temperature.
