I had a confirmation for a stay, yet when I arrived they said there were no rooms left. I was forced to find another place at 1:30 am with my 5‑month‑old child. No one tried to help me find accommodation, even though I’d arrived in the middle of the night because of a flight delay and needed a safe place to sleep.

We had to be moved to three different rooms. First room there was a curling iron and people’s clothes still left in the drawers. Second room the air was not working

I was surprised by the location and the overall vibe at LaQuinta—way better than I had imagined. The property itself is stunning and the spot is spot-on. I’m definitely planning to check out your other sites soon.

The staff didn’t help at all and barely tried to talk through the problems I mentioned. Getting a shuttle from the airport was a nightmare; I waited an hour and almost missed my flight, and the staff seemed unconcerned. After checking out, I found my deposit was short; when I asked, they first said no extra charges, then after I asked for the bill I saw a charge I didn’t understand. They blamed a possible drink order, but I never ordered anything and the fee was never clarified or refunded. The whole experience was a letdown.
