We booked a two‑room suite for four people at City Heart Hotel for a three‑day trip to Georgia because of its generally positive reviews. Two weeks before we were due to arrive at about 2:00 a.m., we let the hotel know and they confirmed our plans and requests, including two blankets per bed, which they supplied. After a long day of travel, we discovered that the water supply was already down when we arrived; the staff handed us a single five‑liter bottle for all four of us. Other guests mentioned that the water had been out since the morning, so the hotel seemed aware but never told us beforehand or during the confirmation call. The water was restored in the morning but then cut off again later in our stay until the next morning, forcing us to boil water in a kettle and rely on bottled water; the third day had no further interruptions. The breakfast that was supposed to be included in the room rate never appeared because the cook was ill; the hotel could have notified guests or offered an alternative during the 9:00‑11:00 a.m. slot. They did arrange a full breakfast at 7:00 a.m. on the third day for our early departure, but regular coffee was missing. Throughout our stay the room was not cleaned, trash was left behind, and we had to ask for more toilet paper because only one roll was provided at a time. A strong sewage odor lingered from the shower drain. On the bright side, the beds were comfortable, the linen was clean, the curtains were thick, the in‑room kettle worked, and there were plenty of power outlets.
