Unacceptable and creepy experience — charged me for a full day after violating my privacy! Absolute nightmare. Just ONE hour after checking in, the exact same receptionist who handed me my room key opened my door and walked right into my room without even knocking. Zero privacy, zero respect, and completely unprofessional. I packed my bags and left immediately because I felt so unsafe. To make matters worse, they even had the nerve to charge me for a full day! Avoid this place at all costs if you value your security and money

The staff were friendly and the place spotless. Everything else was fine.

It sits in the center of Phuket and if you’re after a silent and calm place to stay, I’d recommend this over any other option.
