“Overall ok”
Locations. Too many stair cases to the room it was like being in a maze elevator, stairs, walkway to the room
Accessible to Ben Thanh market . Easy to find halal food . Nil
Had a great stay at Aluna Ben Thanh Hotel! The location is excellent. Was very convenient and within easy walking distance of Ben Thanh Market and plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions around the area. A special thank you to Stella at reception for being so welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Her excellent service really made our experience even better
“Hotel stay from 28 Sep till 2 Oct 2026”
All staff are polite, helpful and dutiful. Stella remembers repeat guests and had assist us with proffesionalism. We do enjoyed our stay in Aluna and shall comeback again as usual. Room 602 the Hot & Cold shower tap are opposites color (red for cold & blue for hot). Bidet spray head release slow pressure making washing lengthy effort. Room aircon not as cold as the preset temperature
The location. The wall in passage was peeling, needs to be fixed
