The place is great, just a 10‑minute walk from Shibuya crossing down a quiet street, clean and comfy, and it offers good value for money – would definitely recommend. Getting into the building was a bit of a hassle; it took us 10 minutes to figure out the instructions and actually get in.

Very bad experience. The accommodation was dirty, the bathroom lock was broken, and the access code didn’t work. We were given only one key for five people, even though the place was advertised for five adults, and the 120‑cm beds were labeled as two‑person beds, yet it was impossible to sleep two in one. Two of us had to book another hotel at our own expense. Despite repeated requests, no solution or gesture was offered. Very disappointing.

The beds were small, very soft, and probably need replacing; otherwise, everything we needed was there.
