The Beverly Hills Hotel - Dorchester Collection

The room felt like a private property in Beverly Hills, and the staff were amazing, always supportive and caring. When I had tooth pain one night, I called them and they sent medicine and an ice bucket to my room free of charge. Everything was clean, the bed and pillows were super comfy, the bathroom was amazing, and it felt like a place for a superstar. I strongly recommend the visit, the pool area, the spa, the on‑site restaurants—all perfect! Thank you so much for a memorable stay!

“Iconic hotel”

The pool and rooms are iconic and gorgeous, but the service was inconsistent; with a $2000 a night rate, I expected top-tier service, yet during breakfast I was often overlooked while others were greeted, so the service level seemed uniform for everyone.
