We were thrilled with the roomy villa, perfect for a large family, but when we arrived in the late afternoon the villa still wasn't ready.

“A nice weekend of rest and relaxation!”

The Villa / Lake House comfortably housed seven people and came with a water heater, two TVs, air conditioning in each room, Starlink Wi‑Fi, a Nespresso machine, various appliances, plates, utensils, towels, toiletries, and more. Ms Riza, the manager, was very accommodating and let us check out late. We used the kayak and paddleboard that were included, and also rented a boat for a one‑hour tour of Lake Caliraya at a reasonable price, which was a must‑do to fully appreciate the cool, windy weather and stunning scenery. The camping grounds were cozy and offered a great view. Even though it rained on our first day, a bit of sunshine appeared the next day and we enjoyed our time on the lake. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The downside was Bahay Kafe’s limited menu; we ate there for an early dinner and the options were the same as the breakfast menu we had with the stay. They do offer room service and delivered our food to the villa on time.

“Scenetic view overlooking lake”

The scenery was gorgeous, but it would have been better if Wi‑Fi was available.
