The location is excellent, the welcome is friendly, and the room is well equipped, but the bathroom is very noisy because of the ventilation and the creaking door.

The beach of Serapo is just a 5‑minute walk away, and the owner was kind enough to let us leave the property later, extending our checkout time. The room had a minibar, a balcony with a clothes‑line, a small table, and chairs that we used for sun‑baked breakfast. The old city center of Gaeta is a 20‑minute walk. The breakfast at the bar is not bad—actually great—but you have to go to the bar instead of having it inside the property. There was only one instant‑coffee sachet in the room for the two of us. Parking throughout Gaeta is always paid with blue strips. Santa goldbet 🫶 usually kills the game for us, but it saved us two days.
