BusHotel Puerto Viejo

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel - everything about it was top-notch, from the location to the amenities. The services provided were also excellent, making for a truly enjoyable stay. I didn't encounter any issues during my visit, which made it all the more pleasant.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by some significant issues, despite the hotel's great location. The pillows were stained with mold and blood, and I spotted cockroaches behind the bed, which was really unsettling. To make matters worse, the jacuzzi was out of order, the sofa bed had a strong unpleasant odor, and the main gate was a struggle to close.

“Relajante!”

I was thoroughly impressed by the unique concept of the bus and the spacious, well-designed interior. My room was incredibly comfortable, complete with air conditioning, making for a great stay. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the hot tub wasn't working, but I understand that it might have been a recent issue.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the location was incredibly convenient, but the hot tub was a bit of a letdown - it kept losing water, so we had to constantly refill it. Despite this, I appreciated the hotel's efforts to provide a relaxing experience. Overall, it was an okay stay.

“Bien, pero no suficientemente bueno para el precio”

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cleanliness and interesting concept, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by some issues. I was charged an extra fee for a transfer in advance, and the staff tried to overcharge me for my original reservation amount. Additionally, I found the instructions for using the facilities to be lacking, and the bus door wouldn't close properly, leaving a large gap that let insects in at night.
