The spot was fantastic, the staff were warm and helpful, the value was great, the rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable.

The capsule was close to KLIA, but the interior was filthy, the maintenance was awful, broken doors let other guests see in, the towel had a terrible odor, and the sheets seemed unwashed, causing itchiness and discomfort; Bangau capsule management needs to seriously address these maintenance problems.
