“A fuir !!!!!!”
From the second night on, the power went out, water stopped, and there was no follow‑up, help, or refund. We had to book another hotel because we couldn’t flush the toilet, shower, use the fridge, air‑conditioner, internet, or charge our phones. The customer service was completely useless, acting as if nothing had happened and never replied. We returned two days later and the place was in exactly the same state—unacceptable.
We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation! The private terrace is very large and enjoyable. The bathroom is truly original. It was really great! The only downside is that a scooter is needed, but we already knew that.

We liked the jungle location, being right in nature with a fantastic view.

The space and size of the accommodation, including the kitchen, were good. The music from the club next door was loud, yet I still managed to sleep. The air‑conditioner is extremely noisy and fails to cool the room, so I slept with a fan instead. The room has a musty smell and is quite dim, which makes it uninviting. The small windows cannot be darkened, so morning light pours in. The shower drain is poor, and only cold water was available.

Very beautiful and a good spot, as long as there’s no party at Retro Mountain. When there’s a party nearby you get free entry! The bedroom smells a little bit.
