The beach is close and the view from my room is nice. I had an accident in bed, told the maid that morning during her round, and later when I returned from the beach she put the sheets I’d left on the floor back on the bed, covered in urine. It smelled strong, but she didn’t seem bothered. I had to ask for new sheets and redo my son’s bed myself. It was honestly the worst experience at this hotel. The food was really bad.

The location is great, and the hotel provides services like massages and a wide range of summer activities; the dining room tries to offer varied, quality food. However, the rooms are very basic, and the air conditioning barely worked even though we were in a “new” area. The dining hours are very restrictive, even on weekends. A warning about the parking: it’s a municipal lot with a trap—if you park on the rear, the sensor fails, the upper floor floorboard sticks out, and you might get a nasty surprise (rear bumper damage). I had that issue two years ago, and this time I expected the hotel to warn me, but they didn’t.
