We booked five four‑bed rooms for 20 people and arrived on the 16th; at check‑in, the reception demanded an extra 50 euros on top of the listed price, which we refused. The owner then threatened to take our keys and let us leave the hotel at 11:00 pm, even though we were already settled. After much back‑and‑forth, the owner relented, but the whole episode was very unpleasant, earning me a 1/10.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was good, but the rooms needed better ventilation.

We spent a night with our family en route to the seaside, and everything matched or exceeded the description: the room and bathroom were spacious, the beds huge and comfy, the AC worked well, and shampoo and hot water were always available. The hosts were kind and friendly, and the restaurant breakfast was healthy, fresh, and even included free coffee after a pleasant chat with the owner. Located at the entrance of the small town of Plav, the lake, the Lim River, and hiking trails to mountain peaks are all nearby, so we’ll definitely return when we’re back. 10/10.

I enjoyed some aspects of my stay, including the spacious room, bathroom, and parking facilities, as well as the friendly staff. However, I found the room to be quite cold at night, which detracted from my overall experience.
