The owners are friendly and helpful, and the San Giuliano beach is nearby. Three stars for this hotel are too many; it’s really dated and old. The shower filled with water while you were using it, making washing unpleasant. Only tiny sample toiletries were available, barely enough to wash part of the body. The air conditioner also had issues and leaked water. At least they offered to change rooms, which we appreciated.

The room is small but the bed is clean and comfortable. There is no internet in the rooms.

The staff are extremely kind and helpful, with a family‑style service and homemade cooking. The room is tiny and the bathroom is cramped. The TV was not working.

A good spot, close to a bus stop, 20 min to the center, 5 min to the sea on foot. The parking lot is convenient. The kitchen staff are excellent and the room is cleaned daily. The shower cabin is especially small—hard to imagine an XXL person fitting in. Towels are scarce. Breakfast is limited and there’s no coffee machine. The safe doesn’t work, the third bed is very uncomfortable, and most staff don’t speak English.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel isn’t directly on the sea, but it sits on the promenade that leads to the beach—a very pleasant walk. Meals were served three times a day and the food was absolutely delicious. We were traveling with our 6‑year‑old child, and the kitchen kindly prepared special meals just for him based on what he likes. Highly recommended for families!
