We stayed with a group of eight, and the living‑dining area was huge, leaving plenty of room for everyone. However, because we were eight, it would have helped if a few extra futons had been made available. The parking spot was assigned, but when we returned the car that was parked there was a different vehicle, so the parking management should be more consistent.

The space was generous and the bed was comfortable. The downside was that the bathtub drain was clogged with a lot of hair from a previous guest, which made it feel unhygienic.

The suite felt very luxurious, airy and spacious, and it was only about a ten‑minute walk to the station. Having a parking lot on site was a rare plus, although the parking instructions lagged a bit, so calling directly rather than booking through the site works better. I enjoyed a comfortable stay and would love to return to Kanazawa. The front of the building houses a fire station, so occasional sirens are audible, but they don’t keep you up; I assume the soundproofing is adequate.

The room had two toilets, a wash‑and‑powder room and other nice facilities, plus a washer‑dryer with detergent supplied, which was very helpful, and it was spacious enough for eight people. However, the phone service was terrible—when I called a female staff member with a question, she sighed and asked if I could even understand the explanation, handled the parking issue poorly, and gave confusing directions that led me to the wrong spot. The signage is too small for taxi drivers to see, and the humidity inside the room was excessive, which also needs attention.
