Kathleen and David were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was immaculate with all the amenities we needed, including real milk instead of UHT that made our coffee taste so much better. Breakfast was delicious, parking was hassle‑free, and they offered great local recommendations.

David and Kathleen were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent—this is the best guesthouse we’ve ever stayed at.

This charming old Georgian house sits on a main road and is a short walk to the town centre. It offers private parking at the back that must be reserved when booking, and the garden has seating. My bedroom was spacious with an ensuite bathroom. The host was friendly and gave useful tips on restaurants and sights.

We had another great stay at The Grange Guest House, with Kathleen and David going above and beyond to make it memorable—delicious breakfast, the room we requested, and early parking. The location is extremely central, and the collection of local literature for events and visits is the best we’ve seen.
